Why I built this
After building Dial In Espresso (another coffee app of mine), many users reached out to say they would love an app for pour-over as well. At the time, I wasn't confident I could build a great one with my limited knowledge of pour-over brewing.
Over the years, we traveled all around the world—to Colombia, Spain, Japan, and China—visiting world-famous coffee farms and specialty cafés, and learning incredible techniques along the way. Armed with that knowledge and experience, I knew it was time. Here it is.
