Because we do not collect any personal information or access your image files, ResizeGenius does not use or process your personal data for any purpose. The application operates entirely offline and performs all resizing and conversions locally on your computer.

ResizeGenius does not use third-party advertising, trackers, or marketing analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share any user information with third parties.

All exported files and user preferences within ResizeGenius are stored locally on your device. We take reasonable measures to ensure safe operation, but we recommend regularly backing up your Mac to prevent accidental loss of data. ResizeGenius never overwrites or destroys your original source images.

ResizeGenius does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
