Why I built this
To get my health back on track, I turned to fasting and a low-carb diet and initially saw great results. Over time, however, I began experiencing hair loss and irregular menstrual cycles. That pushed me to dig deeper.
Through reading research studies and books (specifically Fast Like a Girl by Dr. Mindy Pelz), I learned that men and women have very different physiologies and nutritional needs.
